The conference will bring together senior representatives from the EU country members state administrations, European institutions and NGOs, electricity and gas traders and suppliers, developers of new technologies and equipment suppliers, policy regulators and industry associations, market analysts and consultants, research organizations and institutes, distributions network and transmission service operators, financial investments companies and governmental representatives.

The participation fee is 360 BGN (180 Euro)with VAT per person to be paid by 30 April 2019, which covers all organizational expenses, coffee breaks, the reception and copy of conference proceedings.
There is 20% discount of the participation fee for early registration until 30 January 2019.
The fees are to be paid through bank transfer to the account of the organizer.
Registration form has to be completed and submitted first, followed by issue of electronic invoice and then the payment.
